Private physiotherapy lacks accessibility, personalisation, and digital integration.

We identified a market gap for an innovative, user-focused solution.

Using lean startup methodology, we developed an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that tested key functionalities: 

  • Explored different MVP approaches (Concierge, Piecemeal, Wizard of Oz) to test customer engagement.

  • Integrated smart scheduling, tailored recovery plans, and digital therapy guidance to improve accessibility.

​Gen Z (16-18) is oversaturated with traditional marketing. They demand interactive, immersive experiences. How do we redefine engagement with an unconventional, digital-first campaign?

🎯 The Strategy

  • Out-of-Home (OOH) Activations: Designed interactive Twister sculptures in high-footfall areas where participants "unfroze" the installation through challenges and social sharing.

  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Leveraged TikTok & Instagram engagement driving organic reach.
